Does this look like a patch ? how many times should we say this politely and how many times should we yell before everyone understands.. for user support USE THE FORUMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and this is now getting frustrating especially because this issue has been answered thousands of times in the forums, so search!
