hello,
afaik, that's all known, Gus has very limited time and he's trying to fix the 
skin as much as he can. We know 
about the bg issue and we were plannig on adding a skin key for 'tile bg' so he 
could put just a small image 
that would be tiled on all the CL. we know of those issues and they will be 
fixed, don't forget the skin is for 
now a copy of emerald and it's being changed slowly until it is good enough, 
using the small time period of free 
time Gus has.
