Youness, you asked what we should do about the menu option for having DP's
shown or not;
what we should ask ourselves (but try to act like a normal user :-) ) is how
this option will be used; I only see two cases for now:
* John wants to hide both DP's to gain some space on my screen
* Joel want to hide only 1 DP to gain a bit space: which one would he hide ?
His off course as it's the less interesting thing to see (it's already on
his screen, on top of the CL).
Now: how can this be done:
- have a menu-item and a show/hide button that shows/hide both dp's ->
John's happy, usability wise this is OK
- ppl who want 1 DP can disable the plugin; though, I would rather see the
"both DP's" as core functonality and the removal of 1 as a plugin...; if
the plugin is disabled, the button/menu-item will still work for that one
DP, and the user can still change it to see it's own by right-clicking it
! having an option only in a right click menu isn't great usability-wise,
but I think this is an option that's only there for "power users" ...
showing your own picture, so it's OK
