This is great news! I want to test it!!! :D hehe, I'll create windows binaries,
phil, you'll need to create new ones without the damn MSV8
dependency (I think I can't do it without VS6, and I don't want to install it
right now.. :p).
This is a great beginning, and we'll have plenty of time to fix this and
improve it and make it more complete..
By the way :

if tclISF packge doesn't exist/load, it will throw an error, and not return
0/1. So it should be :
