I've just committed a support for the ISF format through tclISF. There's only the encoding support through the inkdraw plugin. But in the libISF does the decoding as well. Both encoding and decoding are not complete but works great. (I've got a viewer not written in tcl if someone wants). The inkdraw plugin (through drawboard.tcl) is very limited for the moment but you can send inks to everyone. The windows and mac binaries need to be compiled.
