Over the summer I would very much like to create aMSN-Extras online. It would be community maintained, so that people could upload updates of their skins/plugins directly there. I think this will be the most effective way to do it.. Some examples from other projects: http://www.adiumxtras.com/, http://www.gnome-look.org/
I am willing to take this on, but I have 2 heavy weeks of exams ahead, so it won't be online for maybe 3-4 weeks...
