A description should just describe the screen shot.. Like "A dark  
skin, based on skin X by Y." Maybe tags would be more appropriate,  
like single words from specific categories. And have a system of  
inheritence. So a skinner can choose skin(s) that he/she based the  
work on. With that sort of info we can have a script write the  
description itself.
