Hi! You can use debian packages site in order to find which package do all those needed files come in.
Example: http://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=curl.h&mode=path&suite=stable&arch=any I made a list of all those packages required to compile e17 once I finished! (and which were not a few). But unfortunately I don't know where it is right now. Could you also post your list of packages needed when you finish compiling e17?
