Well, first, you seem to be missing libcurl-dev packages... it might work if you insall that.
Also, I would disagree with Toma. I like easy_e17, it's much easier to get it working, and you don't need to read a wiki, or spend time trying to figure out stuff, or "be there" for it to compile everything... easy_e17 installs everything in /opt/e17 by default, you can give it another directory path if you want to, and yes, it does compile a lot of stuff that you probably won't need, so it will compile everything, the whole e17 WM, as well as its modules. easy_e17 will give you the list of modules it will try to install, you can also tell it yourself what to compile or which packages to skip. What you really need though is I think : imlib2, eet, evas, ecore, edje, esmart and etk You might also want to compile the apps edje_viewer and edje_editor if you plan on developping for the EFL front end. So, if you see those libraries installed, you can ignore any errors that could come afterwards (you might not be able to use the E17 window manager, but the EFL front end of amsn could still work). For the rest, follow the readme for installing the python bindings! Good luck, KaKaRoTo On Tue, Sep 23, 2008 at 12:02:39PM +0800, Toma wrote: > Youre compiling enna. It has nothing to do with e17.
