I've updated Forums_TODO (http://amsn-project.net/wiki/Forums_TODO) to a new layout. It's now easier to linkto/edit/see each issue. (You can edit each item individually by clicking the [edit] button next to the items heading). The only content I added was a heading for each URL. This makes it easy to quickly identify what the problem is about.
