How about the analog config setting REFARGSINCLUDE (although this should be
default)? Our referrer reports show search engine keywords. (The referring site
one doesn't, though). Try checking your ARGSFLOOR setting.

If you really want to recompile, try GPP (GNU C++ compiler) or GCC (GNU C
Compiler) both available for Win32. Check out http://www.cygnus.com/ for more
info on public license software for win32
