Yes, it looks as if you did everything right. Does the DNSFILE contain
translations of the IP addresses, or just stars? Just stars means it
couldn't translate them for some reason. You can confirm this by turning 
debugging on while running.

So why couldn't it resolve them? Possibly none of them have names -- many
addresses don't. This is not the most likely explanation, but you could test
it by making a logfile with a known resolvable addresses in (try 18.69.0.38,
for example). Otherwise, your computer's DNS may not be configured 
correctly. Can you resolve the same addresses by any other means? -- you
may have utilities called "host" or "nslookup" to try and do this. If not,
there is no hope of analog being able to succeed.
