It seems that problem is in the popen() call in
anlgform.c
I moved my gcc compiled stuff and cygnus dlls to the
other machine with NT/IIS4 on it, and now the behavior
is different. Running anlgform.exe form command line gives only
Content-type header and nothing after that. However, it
doesn't block, it looks like analog.exe didn't produce
any output. Running from form gives the same result.
I can't experiment with this because this is my main Web server.

I didn't try this, I was quite happy to get the rest of
anlgform working... until I discovered this problem on my main
machine...
