I'm replying to this really to comment on the way I've configured this list.
It is possible to make messages which look as if they're administrative
requests bounce to me for approval, but after trying it both ways (twice!),
I haven't done so. The main problem is that any message with the word "help"
in the first paragraph gets bounced to me -- as you can imagine there were
quite a lot of them!
Messages from non-subscribers are already rejected, so you shouldn't see too
many administrative requests anyway. The ones you are most likely to see are
misdirected "unscubscribe"s.
