No, the spaces were correct. But the whole argument has to be in quotes, or
brackets, to let analog know it's a single argument. So it should be something
like
LOGFORMAT (%S, %u, %m/%d/%y, %h:%n:%j, %j, %j, %j, %b, %j, %j, %c, %j, %j, %f, %q)
