Yes, am using USERALIAS. Defiantly two entries for some (not all) users. Case is
the same. There is a multiple entries where different case exists, but that's expected.

Are you sure you've got the alias right? USERALIAS should combine them if
they're exactly the same, although USEROUTPUTALIAS will not. Note also that
names are case-sensitive.
