As the documentation sayeth:

"...and the three referrer reports (Referrer Report, Redirected Referrer
Report and Failed Referrer Report) are not fully hierarchical, but they
do list search arguments together under the file to which they refer"

Please forgive the blasphemy but: I don't want any hierarchal data.

How can I tell the difference between page requests and these summaries?
eg is /foo a request or the parent of /foo?la=1&de=2&da=3?
If I have meaningful pages with and without query data I have to
recognize this and use the difference of the parent - children.

Feature request: run time flag for REQUEST report without hierarchy

Excellent program, gonna re-write my Analog report parser rather than
switch.
