Oh, I understand now. You want an entirely non-hierarchical version of the the
request report so /foo?la=1 and /foo?de=2 are both listed but regarded as
completely independent files.
I used to do it that way. It might be easy to put back, I'll think about it.
I'm a bit worried people will then expect to do it on a file-by-file basis.
