Mike,
You may be on the right track to use both HOSTALIAS and HOSTOUTPUTALIAS.
That is what I do because HOSTALIAS also affects the Domain report. If I
was trying to get the result you have posted as an example I would use:
HOSTALIAS 206.133.*.* 206.133.0.0
HOSTOUTPUTALIAS 206.133.0.0 "206.133.0.0 [Sprint]"
