I'm not sure why it couldn't resolve them. But the results seem consistent.
In both reports you have lots of unresolved hosts. If they're internal ones,
maybe they don't have names to resolve to?

You can see all the hosts by using HOSTFLOOR.

You can see what it's doing with the resolving by turning on debugging.

Maybe the referrers and browsers aren't recorded in your logfile?
