You're telling Analog to give you all hosts with at least 10 pages, but you're
not including the count of pages in your reports. Analog warns you about this
because it isn't obvious to the reader of the report why some hosts are included
and some aren't. To take care of this either (a) use request (or bytes) for your
floor:
HOSTFLOOR 10r
or (b) included pages in your cols
HOSTCOLS RrBbPp

If you read in the docs in dns.html, you'll see that the format for this file is
"timestamp ip_address name". But you shouldn't need to build you're own. Setting
DNS WRITE will tell Analog to build the file for you.
