The top of the report says :

What am I doing wrong ?

ANSWER:
Try adding to .cfg for yesterday's 24 hour period
FROM -00-00-01
TO -00-00-01
Try adding to .cfg for today's to the minute period
FROM -00-00-00
TO -00-00-00
