It's not clear what you're trying to do.
FROM -00-00-01
TO -00-00-01
will give you yesterday's data.
FROM -00-00-01:-00-00
(and no TO) will give you the last 24 hours' data to now.
Yes, the "analysed requests" line says the times of the first and last
requests in the logfile (within the time period you asked for).
Oh, and you get "analysed" if you specify LANGUAGE ENGLISH (which is the
default), "analyzed" is you specify LANGUAGE US-ENGLISH.
