No, that's the right LOGFORMAT. It's just that most people running 
IIS have upgraded to IIS4, so they don't have to deal with combined 
logfiles for their virtual servers.

The 4.01 docs say that MICROSOFT-NA is equivalent to:

  LOGFORMAT (%S, %u, %m/%d/%y, %h:%n:%j, W3SVC%j, %j, %v, %j, %j, %b, 
  %c, %j, %j, %r, %q,)

Make sure that your logs match this (the virtual Host should be the 
second field after W3SVC1).

I've never had to do this kind of Virtual Server report, because IIS4 
creates a seperate log for each virtual server, so I'm afraid I can't 
really offer any advice for the partial logs you're using.
