Well, the imperitive information is what browser are reaching YOUR site. And if
you are running Analog (especially 4.0) then your stats tell you that.

Of course if you're designing a new site you'll need to make some guesses, but
again you'll want to know what kind of users are likely to hit your kind of
site. So look for freely available stats on competing sites.
