They're for different time periods, assuming you are not using a TO command.
For example, if you were to run a report now, 2000/01/12:1532, the last
seven days in the General Summary would be from 2000/01/05:1533. But the
last seven days mentioned in the Daily Summary would be 2000/01/06-12, i.e.
only starting at midnight on the 5th, not 1533 on the 5th.
