First, the APACHELOGFORMAT command MUST be before the LOGFILE command.
Second, Analog doesn't understand the '%<r', it is expecting '%r' and
doesn't know what to make of the '<'. Try:
APACHELOGFORMAT (%v %h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\"
\"%{User-Agent}i\")
