Off hand, two options come to mind. (a) You've got some of the wrong log
files in your 'Intranet' report. (b) Your internal users are using things
like my.altavista.com or my.msnbc.com to setup custom personal start pages
that include links to internal information on the Intranet. (b) Could
potentially be a security risk (though, I assume you've firewalled the
Intranet) because it stores referrences to internal documents on enternal
servers. If this is a risk you can afford (as risky as sending those
references in hotmail.com accounts) then there's no worry. Otherwise you may
need a new company policy. :)
