No, the records with the external referrers are for files that only
exist on the server I'm looking at, so I'm pretty sure I have the right
logs.

Some of the referrers are specific articles on online newspapers, for
example, and there are many other that clearly aren't in any way pages
that would have custom links.
By the way, is there a way to exclude pages without any referrers from
my reports - it might help me spot a pattern. I'm using REFEXCLUDE to
exclude all hits that have an internal referrer, but the pages with no
referrer are also turning up. (I'll setting for a perl regexp that will
extract records where the 9th field is "-", if anyone feels up to it :-)
