I don't know where you got this syntax from, but it doesn't look like a
regexp. At least, it is a regexp, but not the one you want -- it says
match 151
then any character
then 2, 0, dot, 3 or 1
then any number of any subsequent characters.
Oh, and that stuff can occur anywhere in the string.
