Update and progress I followed the sensible suggestion of cutting out all lines with: 212.240.10.1 in them and...bingo - all works, no crashing (though a disappointing 22% unresolved IPs; used to be about 12%). SO. what is it that 212.240.10.1 sends back that crashes things/why does analog not just report an error/fail to resolve, and would anyone else like to add a log line with that IP and see if this is just me?
