You should not put analog.exe in the webspace. This is a major security hole on
IIS systems.

anlgform.exe looks for the anlgform.cfg file in the same directory as the
executable. In your case you would configure C:\inetpub\scripts\anlgform.cfg for
all hosts. (I can't think of any host-specific configurations in the
anlgform.cfg file.)
