my problem:
uncompressing my log-files doesn't work
(using analog version 4.1 on linux suse 6.3)
my config-switch:
UNCOMPRESS *.gz "/usr/bin/gzip -cd"
i also changed the entries of the forbidden-array of the file
"anlgform.pl". but no improvement!
my latest idea was to switch to "wwwrun" (my apache-user)
at the command line and there i tried
"/usr/bin/gzip -cd /web/logs/logfilename" (my path to gzip
and to my logs). seemed to work from the command line.
i have tested some older versions of analog which had no problems
with the same log-archivs.
what could be the reason for my "non-working analog" with
compressed log-files?
