Why don't you run analog each time for each server using a separate config file
for each run.
If you run analog with a command like
analog -glogfile_1.cfg
analog will use analog.cfg AND logfile_1.cfg. logfile_1.cfg should then contain
the LOGFILE and OUTFILE commands which should then not be contained in
analog.cfg.
I don't know anything about linux, but it shouldn't be more difficult than on
windows (where I use a simple batch-file) to automatically run analog several
times with different commandlines.
BTW: You can use these extra config files to set different options for the
different hosts. (e.g. the logo & the Hostname at the beginning of the page,
FLOORs for reports if your sites have quite different traffic...)

+ Just had another thought. Could I use cron to automatically do this for me?
If
+ I wanted to have my logs done every night, could I make a cron statement that
+ changes the analog.cfg, then a few minutes later runs analog? Then once it's
+ run, have another cron statement that changes it again, then runs analog
again?
+ This would have the same result as adding the feature to analog, only it's
doing
+ it all manually.
