I fairly new to Linux (RH62) and would like some assistance in setting up this
application to view certain log files (primarily, email and messages). After I did
the install of analog (using rpm -ivh [filename.rpm]). I made some changes to the
analog.cfg
LOGFILE /var/log/httpd/access_log
OUTFILE /var/log/outfile.html
HOSTNAME "MMT Networks Pty Ltd"
I get an output file in /var/log, do I need to copy this file to the /home/httpd/html
directory to view this file or was it supposed to do this automatically. Also is
there a setting to update thsi file or is it being dynamically updated every time a
request is made?
