I've never tried compiling Analog on Windows, but did you check that the
necessary defines were selected in the makefile?  The includes you list are
fairly standard Unix definitions for socket handling, which would be Winsock
stuff under Win32.  That the compiler is looking for them tells me that the
makefile is still in "Unix mode", so to speak.
