How are you resolving URLs in your browser? Run WinIPCFG in Windows9x,
or IPCONFIG /ALL in WinNT to see what DNS server you are using, and
specify this address when you call QDNS.
(Unless you are using something like the Microsoft "Winsock Proxy"
client to access the Internet, in which case you may not be able to do
DNS resolution at all).
