Hi Dennis,

reading your story... fairly amused, I can think of 3 things you should
do:

-- check permissions on your .gif
-- look at the output of "analog blablabla -settings"
-- look at your access_log (! -- you can even use Analog for that!)

I'm sure you'll be able to resolve it (without going to the code)

Also, I have changed the logo once in the past myself... so I know it
works without going into the code.

BTW, I'd also contribute to the beer fund (or even any other reasonable).
