There are two sides to DNS resolution.  First, there is the forward
resolution where DNS-name converts to IP-Address.  Second, there is
reverse resolution where IP-Address converts to DNS-Name.  Several
ISPs only provide forward DNS resolution, leaving applications (such
as 80% of the web servers) out in the cold.  You will never get 100%
reverse resolution.

I intentionally left out the majority of the domains that did resolve
for space.

Also, I have 304 ISSUCCESS OFF and yet I continue to receive 304
