You can generate a report for each month using FROM/TO or a report of
all time for each user using USEREXCLUDE. You can't do both at the
same time. Analog does not produce multi-variate reports (see
docs/faq.html#faq#128).

No. Analog does not track this. If you really find it necessary you
can probably use grep to split your logs into each type of request and
run a report on those logs individually.

See docs/output.html. You can add a stylesheet or use a helper
application (see docs/faq.html#faq132 and docs/faq.html#faq190).
