It does work on all images. Why do you think it doesn't?

It's case sensitive if you have CASE SENSITIVE specified or insensitive if
you have CASE INSENSITIVE. (The default for CASE depends on your OS).

NB Even if you have CASE SENSITIVE, you can specify case insensitive aliases
using regular expressions.
