It's up to you (TIMTOWTDI). I never schedule crontabs that call Analog
directly but rather have then call scripts. So you can setup on
configuration that has all the common elements of both runs, then write
a shell script the runs Analog twice with the appropriate command-line
options. See the index (docs/indx.html) under "Command-line arguments"
for a list of all options. Also see docs/cache.html and
docs/logfile.html for specific command line arguments for setting cache
and logfiles.
