Those commands you use are only valid in a LOGFORMAT setting. For
APACHELOGFORMAT just copy the LogFormat or CustomLog statement from
your apache httpd.conf.

This is Common Log Format. You don't need a LOGFORMAT command for Analog to
recognize it.

This is not an error, but a warning. You have no referrers in your log
file so you don't need to worry about this (once Analog is configured
how you like it, you can turn the warning off with the WARNINGS
command).
