I'm trying to parse one day's worth of logs (~24G unzipped) on mutliple
boxes, and it seems that the program locks up towards the end of the
analysis. This was tried on several solaris boxes including a blade 100
and a 4500 with 6G of memory. A truss of the process shows that it's no
longer making any system calls -- however, it doesn't seem to have
finished reading in all the logs..
Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this? If you run a
debugger on the code, it seems as if it's not stepping through the code
anymore.
