I agree this seems strange. I assume you don't have any DIREXCLUDEs?
Try running with --settings to check that you haven't got some other
options
overriding the ones you think you have set. If that doesn't explain
it, try
reducing it to the minimal misbehaving logfile.
I can confirm that the Directory report isn't working. I just
compared the run using version 4.13 with the run for version 5.01 and
noticed a loss in the number of pages for one of our key directories.
Version 4.13 reports 227921 pages (24.22%).
Version 5.01 reports 40282 pages (21.60%).
Both versions are run over the same set of log files. By any chance
is the Directory report accidentally grabbing 7-day results when full
results are requested?
