Use the FLOOR commands with a - to indicate that the number is how many
entries you want to list, not the number that you want entries to be
greater than.

8:15AM EST is 13:15 GMT (or UTC, which is almost, but not quite, the same
thing). Log files use a standard time base to facilitate comparing servers
that are located in different timezones. As Stephen has already pointed
out, the LOGTIMEOFFESET command will resolve this issue.
By the way, the documentation with version 4 used to include a file called
"whole.html" with all of the doc pages in a single file - I used to find
this very handy for quickly finding things that I half remembered. Version
5 doesn't have this any more - any chance of getting it back?
