Additional info from this page in the manual:
\analog 5.03\docs\output.html

Use a style sheet by adding this to your .cfg:
STYLESHEET yourstyle.css

Keep the PRE, TT, CODE, etc styles intact for where monospace is
necessary. I have my .css file in the same directory as the html output
file.

Doesn't support all CSS properties but you can do this at minimum fer
sure:
body { background-color: #ffffee;
            font-family: Verdana,Arial;
            font-size: .8em;
            font-weight: normal;
            color: #000080;
}
PRE, TT, CODE, KBD, SAMP { font-family: monospace }
