Most Analog commands (including STYLESHEET) can go anywhere you want
on your config file.

Whatever the STYLESHEET command gives for your CSS file will be
included as a link (relative or absolute) in your Analog reports. So
if your .css resides in the root of your website then use something
like this:

STYLESHEET /styles.css
