The Perl expression should only select lines with "200" from the status code
field.

Also is it mentioned in the analog docs that analog describes index.html
files as directories in the File Type Report.

The breakdown of file types requested is surely misleading?

200 can crop up in the bytes fields too, or even in query strings.
