Thanks for your reply. Actually, I had already resolved the IPs using
LookupIP, then ran Analog on the new file. The IPS for odot.state.or.us
are resolved in the new file,though it is specifically
ulpd1.odot.state.or.us. I am using the format that  you describe below.
I also tried doing something like:

HOSTALIAS *.odot.state.or.us "Transportation Dept"

and

HOST ALIAS ulpd1.odot.state.or.us "Transportation Dept"


Whe I do that, it removes the entry from the Organisation report for
odot.state.or.us.

 I am stumped.
